Coral Metronome is completely configurable to meet your needs. The Pulsating display type allows you to view, and anticipate, each beat with a pulse. With each beat, a circle will appear and the wave file you selected (under Options menu item) will be heard. Use the Record feature (under Active menu item) to record you own wave file!
